Effective November 2, 2026. Quiet Quote is a service of Harrison Insurance Brokerage ("we," "us"), a licensed Texas insurance agency, TX License #2414295.

Our promise in plain EnglishWe do not sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with other agencies or lead buyers. Only our agency will contact you about your quote.

What we collect

When you request a quote: your name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email and the type of insurance you want. We also record the date and time, your IP address, browser type and the web page or ad that brought you to us, so we can keep a record of your request and your contact preferences.

How we use it

To prepare home and auto insurance quotes for you.
To contact you about your quote by phone, text or email, as you agreed on our form.
To verify your identity and address and pull information insurers use to rate a policy. This can include driving records, vehicle information, claims history and, where Texas law allows, credit-based insurance scores, through licensed consumer reporting sources.
To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to quote or service your insurance:

Insurance companies we request quotes from on your behalf.
Service providers that run our systems (our agency management software, phone system and website host). They're not allowed to use your information for anything else.
Government or legal requests when the law requires it.

We never sell your information or give it to other agents, agencies or marketing companies.

Calls and texts

If you checked the consent box, we may call or text you, including automated texts, at the number you gave us about your quote. You don't have to agree to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call. Msg & data rates may apply. We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone else for their marketing.

How we protect it

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, straight into our secure agency management system. We don't keep copies on the website. Access is limited to our licensed staff.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, stop contacting you or delete it, unless we have to keep it by law. Call 817-720-0432 or email James@harrisoninsurancebrokerage.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. We will never change it to allow selling your information collected under this promise.
